Turkey Day

We spent Thanksgiving this year at Grandma Lorrie's house in Ronald. We had a wonderful dinner and Little Cage had a lot of fun crawling around and playing with his cousin, Rion. This was his first Thanksgiving! He ate almost as much as me and seemed to love all the Thanksgiving foods.
That weekend we attempted to hunt down a Christmas tree in the woods with Chad, Sonia, Rion, and Grandma Lorrie. We wanted to try to make this a family tradition to take Little Cage into the woods each year after Thanksgiving to chop down a fresh tree and play in the snow. Unfortunately, it rained and we couldn't find the perfect tree in time. We still had fun, but ultimately bought our tree from the little gas station in Kittitas. This seems to be our other new tradition and it does result in the perfect Christmas tree every year!
