Katie is back to work now after having four months off to take care of Cage. She has been a real trooper about the whole thing, but I know it just kills her to leave him everyday. We are extremely fortunate to have two amazing people watch Cage during work. Traci who is Katie's boss Ole's wife watches him two mornings until Grandma LoLo picks him up and takes him to our house for the rest of the day. The other days it's just Grandma LoLo. It has worked out great so far.
Cage is of course growing like a weed. He just went in for his four month check up. He now weighs 15.5 lbs. and is 25 inches long. That puts him in the 50th percentile for both height and weight. He has his father's pin head size putting him in the 10th percentile for head circumference. Hopefully he didn't get his father's brains that go along with the head. At the same appointment he had to get three more vaccinations. These are horrible to have to watch him go through. Katie and I always argue over who is going to hold him while the nurse sticks the shots in his little thighs. He cried of course till his little face turned totally red but was over it soon and carried on like nothing had happened.
